New Delhi: Aamir Khan has found a way to pass his considerable skills and knowledge on to a younger generation. The 51-year-old actor is now going to train two 'interns' each year - and he's already begun.

A spokesperson for the Dangal actor has confirmed that this scheme is the product of Aamir getting many enquiries from young fans about working in the film industry. The two hand-picked interns will shadow the actor throughout his daily work routine - his shoots, meetings, reading sessions, rehearsals and everything else that goes on behind-the-scenes.

"Aamir personally wants to pass on his working experiences of the past and is keen to share and motivate the next generation of talent. He will train two students every year," said his spokesperson.

We did say school's already in. Aamir's first students are his co-stars from Dangal - Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, who play wrestlers Geeta and Babita Phogat.

Come April, Aamir Khan will pick another set of promising aspirants for a new session, and give them the benefit of his vast experience.

Wrestling biopicDangal releases on December 23.
