Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar, who also star in the film, duet on the track but it isn't just them lip-syncing in the video. Co-stars Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah also frolic to Priyanka and Farhan's tune, dressed in pop-coloured modish outfits.

This is Priyanka's first foray into singing playback. Farhan has sung in the films
Rock On!! and
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Both actors have flourishing musical careers of their own.
The cast and producer Ritesh Sidhwani organized a countdown to the song on Twitter that began yesterday. Right on cue, the song was released on YouTube and tweeted at 4pm. Within minutes, #DDDTitleTrack was trending on Twitter.
A similar Twitter campaign heralded the arrival of the trailer some days ago.
Dil Dhadakne Do, directed by Zoya Akhtar, packages the dysfunctional Mehra family's problematic dynamics into a slick jaunt around the Mediterranean onboard a cruise liner.
The film releases on June 5.
