New Delhi:
Amitabh Bachchan is filming again in the City of Joy and navigated Kolkata's weekend traffic in a scooter, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui riding pillion. The actors, who were shooting for director Ribhu Dasgupta's
Te3N, 'travelled in one pair of jacket and pants to search for jobs,' Big B later wrote in his

Big B, who lived and worked in Kolkata in the Sixties before he became an actor, confessed to being filled with 'nostalgia' as he rode through past the Maidan and the Race Course, down Park Street and Red Road, and through the neighbourhood of Ballygunge. They also travelled by tram from Tollygunje to Esplanade, 'at times hanging out of the doors for lack of space but somehow enjoying the experience of the first struggle.'
Hours of shooting seem to have left Amitabh Bachchan 'sleep deprived.'
Their final destination in the evening was Victoria Memorial, where they gorged on the roadside snack 'puchka.'
Big B had high praise for the people of the city. The actor posted on his blog, "Such universal presence in opinion is rare and exemplary and so are the Kolkatans. Rare, passionate, wise and filled with the senses of all that is of value and tradition."
