New Delhi:

Team Happy New Year has quite a few reasons not just to celebrate but also indulge in nostalgia. Actors Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah along with the movie's crew had been shooting for the film for almost 200 days followed by a series of concerts and other outings to promote the film. Naturally the actors grew very close to each other over the pre and post promotions of the movie, so much so that the team's separation anxiety is becoming more and more palpable.

On October 28, Farah and her gang of boys (minus Nandu Bhide aka Abhishek Bachchan) visited Gaiety Galaxy theatre, in Bandra, to interact with the audience and media.

Shah Rukh, who was looking forward to the visit, tweeted:

At the media interaction Farah said, "I have seen 90 per cent of the films that have influenced me in Gaiety Galaxy and to see my own film here is an emotional moment for me." She further added that the taste of the samosa is still the same and Shah Rukh promptly ordered one!

After the movie session, the actors went on release the video of the film's promotional song Sharaabi, where actress Deepika Padukone also joined them. The stars had a gala time dancing to the reverberating beats of the song, posing silly for the shutterbugs.

While Deepika was being true to her on-screen character Mohini, Shah Rukh exuded his exuberant dancing spirit.

Theatrics was only one of the highlights of the night. The actors also shared their final adieus (and kisses) as the last leg of the film came to an end.

In an earlier interview actor Abhishek Bachchan had said that he wished that this time never come when they'd have to part ways.

At an NDTV event, Boman Irani's emotional confession left Farah and Deepika teary-eyed. Boman, who got nostalgic at the show had said, "We were watching Main Hoon Na in Shah Rukh's room, and we were recalling every moment of the film. I can tell you 25 years from now, we will be sitting in some hotel room, in some corner of the world, watching Happy New Year and feeling the same."

Shah Rukh later called Deepika and Farah "lovable emotional fools" and tweeted:
