Freida Pinto to take up mime roles

Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto says she could take up mime for her next movie role.

The 27-years-old actress said that she has a top secret film project lined up for which she is studying body language rather than lines, reported Showbizspy.

"I have these two independent films that I am working on at the moment. I have been preparing for one of them since December. It is not an action film, but a film of expression," Pinto said.

"It is not necessarily acting through dialogue, but acting through body movements - dance. I really do hope it takes off," she added.

Pinto will be next seen in Michael Winterbottom's Trishna, an adaptation of Thomas Hardy's novel Tess of the d'Urbervilles.
