  • Amod Mehra, trade analyst said, "Both I, Me Aur Main and The Attacks of 26/11 opened very badly and there was hardly any improvement even on Sunday, which is considered to be a better day. No one is interested in watching The Attacks of 26/11. The film didn't have any star cast and it lacked emotions for any audience to connect with. Everything seems half-hearted and overall is an insipid film."
  • According to Amod Mehra, the title of I, Me Aur Main didn't work for the film and the timing of the release was the last nail on the coffin.
  • He added, "The only saving grace of the film is its length but the music failed as well. The second weekend of Kai Po Che! failed to impress as the film was promoted as the story of three friends but turned out to be around the Godhra riots, which backfired. Bloody Ishq is a washout."
  • Trade expert Atul Mohan added, "The Attacks of 26/11 had a mixed response among the audience. It is a crowded week, plus there are exams as well which has resulted in the downfall of the John Abraham starrer. John's fans are youngsters and they are busy with their exams."
