New Delhi: After turning producer withyet to release Love Breakup Zindagi, actress Dia Mirza nowwants to venture into direction.

The 29-year old actress, who debuted with Rehnaa HaiTerre Dil Mein in 2001, has been part of films like Tumko NaBhool Paayenge, Tehzeeb, Dum and Pareenita, wants tomake socially relevant films.

She is now one of the youngest producers with BornFree Entertainment, her production house with Sahil Sangha andZayed Khan. Mirza is currently focusing on Love BreakupZindagi.

"As soon as my production venture gets over I want todirect next. As we have a dearth of good scripts in theindustry, I will make a 'people driven film'. Being a slice oflife person, I strongly feel that our films should be sociallyrelevant," Mirza told PTI.

In 2000, she completed the hat-trick of India winninginternational pageants when she won the Miss Asia Pacifictitle along with Lara Dutta and Priyanka Chopra for MissUniverse and Miss World title respectively.

While Chopra and Dutta are counted among one of topactresses in the industry, Mirza could not touch the sameheights.

But the actress says she is not greedy in life."I am quite clear that what I need to do in my life. Iam not greedy like others and that's the reason I survived inthe industry. For me, success is relative. It completelydepends upon your perception," Mirza said.

The actress has paired up with Zayed in the movie, whose first look will be shown during the upcoming IIFAweekend in Toronto.

Mirza said the film was shot in real locations."We shot in many locations of Delhi and Mumbai. It wasa kind of challenge for all of us as there are so many aspectsthat needs to be taken care of. Though it was interesting toshoot in real locations because it adds a lot of character tothe film. It also imparts a certain kind of life into thecharacters as compared to the sets".

Before starting the film, they attended a one and halfmonth workshop with theatre director Barry John.
