New Delhi: She's the box office Queen and she knows it. Actress Kangana Ranaut conquered Bollywood as Tanu and Datto in her latest film Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which has now collected Rs 100 crore worldwide, in a week.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted:

This week's top releases Welcome 2 Karachi starring Jackky Bhagnani and Arshad Warsi and Hollywood action drama film San Andreas couldn't affect Tanu and Datto's rule:

Bollywood's dry spell at the box office may finally end with the stupendous result yielded by Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Meanwhile, close at Tanu's heels is Piku. Starring Deepika Padukoen in titular role along with megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan, the film's success grew from the worth-of-mouth reviews. However, the film is yet to enter the Rs 100 crore club:

Bollywood further has an impressive lineup in the coming months, which may (or may not) slow Tanu and Manu's pace. After the success of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, filmmaker Zoya Akhtar returns to the big screen, this Friday, with Dil Dhadakne Do, starring Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Farhan Akhtar and Shefali Shah.

After the drama of a dysfunctional family, moviegoers will be treated to a love saga starring Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi, Hamari Adhuri Kahani. The Mohit Suri-directed film will release on June 12 and is loosely based on the life of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's parents.

Soon after that, director Remo D'Souza will present the sequel to ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, titled ABCD 2, which features Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhu Deva.

Hollywood too has 'big' plans for the Indian box office. Fantasy drama film Jurassic World, directed by Colin Trevorrow, will release on June 24. The film starring Chris Pratt and Irrfan Khan will once again take the dinosaur fans back to the Jurassic Park.
