Mumbai: Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma said that he feels lucky to have worked with filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan in his upcoming film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon.

The 34-year-old actor will make his debut in Bollywood with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon.

"I am blessed that in my first film, I got the opportunity to work with the most talented and humble directors Abbas-Mustan. I had a positive feeling while doing this film and I never thought that I will get a chance to be directed by them. I feel happy and proud," Kapil told PTI.

Abbas-Mustan have previously directed films such as Aitraaz and Race. Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon therefore, marks Abbas-Mustan's first movie in a genre other than an action-thriller.

Kapil said that the film's plot which revolves around a man having three wives and a girlfriend is exciting. "In Bollywood, we have seen the concept of two wives in several films. In this film we have three wives and a girlfriend. It is a bit complicated but we had fun. I enjoyed reading the script and I was excited about acting in it," said Kapil.

When the actor was asked whether he would quit television for his career in films, he said, "TV has given me everything. I will keep working in TV as well as in films."

Kapil, who has resumed shooting for his popular television show Comedy Nights With Kapil after a two-week break due to an injury, said that he is happy with the "blessings" which the show has received.
