Learning 'Shudh' Hindi Was Tough, Says Deepika

  • About her role, Deepika said, "I play Poorbi Anand, who is very independent. She knows her mind well, but finds herself in conflict when it comes to her family, father and friends. The character does not know which direction to follow. The issue the film addresses itself is different from the films I have done before."
