"Now that our money has gone in, promos and trailers areon, the film is releasing on February 4. I have no idea abouttheir displeasure with the title. If they had any problem theyshould have said on October 1," he said.

Asked if this negative publicity helped him in garneringbox office returns, Mishra said, I did not ask for negativepublicity. I did not want to start any controversy. I don'tknow why this has come up. The film is scheduled for releaseon February 4.
On the usage of the title in his real life, Mishra, said,"All of us has some grievances in their life. But sometimesproblems solve your life. Sometimes life turns you round...flip-flops you so one feels why this thing happened after somany good things. Life is a complicated journey. In my lifethere were instances when I have said
Yeh Saali Zindagi."
"When I was a 22-year-old, a girl refused to marry me..itwas like the end of the world to me. Today I think she savedmy life because I wouldn't have become a filmmaker. Then whenI did not get admission in a university in America... ifchosen I would have become a clinical psychologist. It isabout how chance plays a role in your life, he said.
"Life has a habit of surprising you thats why 'saali' notbecause it is bad," Mishra added.
