Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra says it feels good that his efforts are making a difference

- The film is a biopic on the life of former athlete Milkha Singh, and the film's success was given "because of such an inspiring life of Milkha Singh", said Mr Mehra, adding: "That's a very special feeling."
- Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is set to cross the Rs 100 crore mark, but Mr Mehra says his priority lies in audience acceptance. "When your work goes out to the masses and it's a commercial success, definitely it makes you feel very good and that means all your efforts are going out to more people," Mr Mehra said.
- "But more than just the commercial milestones, what is making us happy is the overwhelming response from people," he added.
- The film has already become the third highest grosser of 2013. Actor Farhan Akhtar essays the role of former athlete Milkha Singh in the film.
