- There were especially food hassles.
- "It was a big hassle to take food to that height, so everyone had to survive on eggs and instant noodles for a few days," said the source.
- Likewise, in Himachal Pradesh, the weather conditions were a big problem for the entire cast.
- "It was very cold. And the hotel, in which Ranbir and Deepika stayed, had power cuts for several hours a day. There were no heaters either," the source added.
- However, Ayan Mukerji said the adventure was totally worth it.
- "Our first schedule was in Manali. We were depicting a trek in the movie, so we consciously chose locations that were offbeat and in the middle of nowhere. Jalori Pass, especially, was a crazy location. It was a steep, uphill climb to reach the location, a real trek of sorts.
- "However, our shoot ended up being even more fun because of all this. It was perhaps the best schedule of the film," he added.
- The film, which also features Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin, is slated to release on May 31.
