Ranbir says he is not getting married anytime soon
If anyone is happy to see the last of 2014, it will have to be Ranbir Kapoor, the actor who didn't have a single release this year.
Ranbir has said that he is disappointed with the delay in the release of Bombay Velvet
So, is marriage on the cards? Not any time soon but yes, definitely marriage will happen when it will happen, said the Kapoor lad.
So, even as Katrina Kaif said in an interview to a glossy that her ideal companion on a desert island would be Ranbir, it seems the Kapoor khandaan is unaware of any wedding plans.
At the launch of Ranbir's aunt's store in Mumbai, his mother Neetu Kapoor had no idea who her son planned to invite for the family's Christmas get-together and added that he could bring whoever he wanted. She even said that youngsters these days were on their own trip.
Yes, Neetuji does worry about her son and wants him to get married, but she added that children do what they feel like and the family would go by what made Ranbir happy.
And it seemed the sentiment is echoed by the other Kapoor women who either have no idea about Ranbir's plans of settling down any time soon or are not willing to divulge family secrets. It could be the latter since Katrina has very much been a part of family dos.
It seems it may be a while before the
band baja baraat arrive at the Kapoor-Kaif doorstep.
