  • "I would love to do a film on football, hockey, boxing, kabaddi or anything as long as it has an interesting story build upon it," Ranbir told IANS.
  • "A film is only made if there is an engaging story behind it. If you are just making a film for sports without an engaging story, then it doesn't matter," he added.

  • "My favourite sport has been football. I love playing football, but now I don't get time to play football. I am upset about it because I also feel that to live a healthy lifestyle you must play a sport, you must be active.
  • "A healthy lifestyle comprises good sleep, good sport and good exercise," he added.
  • Ranbir is part of NDTV and Nirmal Lifestyle's second year of 'Fit India Movement', wherein each city will have one fitness or sports personality as their city ambassadors -- Bipasha Basu (Mumbai), Virender Sehwag (Delhi), Sania Mirza (Hyderabad), Baichung Bhutia (Kolkata), Mahesh Bhupathi (Bangalore) and Vijender Singh (Chandigarh).
