Actors Anupam Kher and Salman Khan began filming their upcoming movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in the historic Kumbhalgarh Fort here. Conspicuous by her absence was the film's lead actress Sonam Kapoor, who is currently recuperating from swine flu. (Also Read: Salman Khan Celebrates Sooraj Barjatya's Birthday on Film Set)
The crew completed their shoot in Gujarat, where Sonam was tested positive for the the H1N1 virus.
Mr Kher wrote on Twitter:
Salman could be seen sporting the traditional bandi whereas Mr Kher looked dapper in a white shirt and blue denims.
Directed by Sooraj Barjatiya, the elaborate family drama also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh, Swara Bhaskar, Armaan Kohli, and Alok Nath.
Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has been produced by Rajshri Productions and Fox Star Studios and the movie is slated to hit the screens on Diwali.
