Mumbai: Pakistani singer Adnan Sami, who has crooned superstar Salman Khan's favourite song from his upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, said that the qawwali track was a challenge for him.

Salman and director Kabir Khan found Adnan apt for Bhar Do Jholi Meri and the 41-year-old singer-composer cannot be more grateful to them.

"It was a challenge to sing this song. But it was a great experience. I have heard lot of qawwalis but I hate imitating. It was a different experience but I enjoyed it," Adnan told reporters at a promotional event for the film. (Also Read: A Prayer For Salman Khan's Mission Pakistan in New Bajrangi Bhaijaan Song)
