The monsoon touchdown in Mumbai may have brought in a sigh of relief to millions of its residents, but the showers reportedly played spoilsport in the shooting of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film
Raees.
The film is currently under production in Mumbai.
The 49-year-old, who is working tirelessly for Rahul Dholakia directed
Raees despite undergoing a knee surgery last month, tweeted:
Shah Rukh was advised rest by doctors, but the actor chose to work in pain as the crew had to finish some action scenes before the monsoon arrived.
Stunt director Ravi Varma is looking after the action scenes in the film, which also stars Farhan Akhtar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan.
