The actress is currently shooting for YRF's next project in Delhi. And it turns out Norah is one of her favourite artistes and she didn't want to let the chance go of attending her concert held in Delhi.
"Both Sonam and Ayushmann were working on the day of the concert. And as soon as they wrapped up their schedule, they left the sets to reach the venue on time. Sonam enjoyed the concert and was excited to be there," said a source from the unit.
If it were for somebody else, Sonam would have thought twice about being in a crowded place. "I was just euphoric when I learnt that she is travelling to India and performing as well. I'm a huge fan of hers! I'm just grateful that I was in the city shooting for my film and could manage to attend the show," gushed the 27-year-old actress.
Daughter of late sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar and step-sister of Anoushka Sharma, Norah Jones is an American singer, pianist and actress.
Winner of nine Grammy Awards, Norah has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide. She made her acting debut opposite Jude Law in Wong Kar-wai's Blueberry Nights.
