The wedding functions are starting Saturday (Jan 8) and will be followed by a registered marriage Jan 10. After the wedding the newly-weds, along with their guests, will head to Avantika's farmhouse in Karjat for celebrations.
As expected, both households are buzzing with activities preceding the marriage.
"There is so much happening at home. Lot of activities - rehearsals for the sangeet functions and preparations for the wedding," said Kiran Rao, who is Imran's uncle Aamir Khan's wife.
