The Khan Trinity Together: Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir Face-Timed at 2.30 AM
New Delhi:

Actor Shah Rukh Khan may not have attended his colleague Salman Khan's sister Arpita's wedding in Hyderabad on November 18, but the Karan Arjun co-stars are definitely back to being friends again. And this has been confirmed by third super-Khan, Aamir.

There was apparently a congregation of Khans via Face Time after SRK showed up at Arpita's haldi ceremony on November 16, effectively ending a very public war with Salman that the actors have kept up since 2008. After repairing their broken friendship - and sealing it with a kiss on Arpita's forehead - SRK and Salman called Aamir to celebrate, keeping him up all night in the process.

A report published in MissMalini.com quotes Aamir as saying, "Yes, I got to know about the patch-up. In fact they didn't let me sleep the entire night." For Aamir, who has attempted to broker peace between the feuding Khans in the past, there was no getting away from the post-reunion celebration. In the same report, Aamir said, "Around 1:30 am they first called me and informed about it, then around 2:30 am we did a face-time call. So this went around till early morning and they kept me awake."

Shah Rukh and Salman, co-stars of films like Karan Arjunand Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam, had an infamous falling out at actress Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008. Since then, they have been at war - in turns cold and heated - punctuated by brief moments of a thaw in icy relations, most notably at politician Baba Siddique's iftaar parties where SRK and Salman were photographed hugging each other.

The truce called at Arpita's sangeet seems, however, to be permanent with SRK reportedly staying with the Khans till the wee hours of the morning. The ice had been broken by Salman some days ago when he personally visited SRK to invite him to the wedding in Hyderabad. SRK didn't, in fact, attend the wedding despite saying he would. However, now that all seems to be well, his non-appearance might not count for very much.
