The Salman Khan-produced
Hero, which serves as a launchpad for actors Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, releases today. The film, directed by Nikhil Advani, is a remake of Subhash Ghai's 1983 film of the same name.
Salman, who has aggressively promoted the film along with Sooraj and Athiya, said that he is not launching them because they are 'star kids'. Sooraj is the son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, while Athiya is the daughter of actor Suniel Shetty and Mana. (Also Read:

"People are saying that we have launched them Athiya and Sooraj because they are star kids. But it is not like that. We are not launching them because they are Aditya and Suniel's kids. I have seen Athiya and Sooraj's work and they are brilliant and good at what they do. They are very sorted," Salman told news agency IANS. (Also Read:
