Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan said that the most difficult thing while shooting the film was wearing a langot (truss) and he was reduced to tears while walking in it.

"The most difficult part was wearing the langot. Now, I understand what an actress goes through when she wears a swim suit. When I was told that I have to wear a langot, I thought that I will be able to do it. When I reached there, we saw a crowd of 5000 people and I was like, no way. I am not doing this. I was in tears while walking out of the vanity van. I felt violated," said Salman.

"I was never ashamed of removing my shirt but this was the most difficult thing and thank God, people got used to it," added Salman.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sultan, which also features Anushka Sharma, casts Salman as a Haryanvi wrestler.

Salman hopes that Sultan turns out to be his biggest hit.

"We gave our best and I hope that this film turns out to be the biggest hit of our lives. Ali has given his life for this film. If this works, it is great. And if it doesn't, I will move on with my next film. But Ali, he has got Yash Raj with him. They will never leave him," said Salman.

Most of the portions were shot in real locations and Salman said that it's difficult to shoot in this way.

"It's always better to shoot in real locations till it's under control. You may create sets but real locations are different. But it is difficult to shoot in real locations. You need police security and all," said Salman.

Sultan will release on Eid.
