The film schedule has been moving slowly from the beginning itself.
Post his 2008 release
Kurbaan, Rensil D'Silva is yet to finish
making his second film, starring Sanjay Dutt, Emraan Hashmi and Kangana
Ranaut. Accordind to sources, the shoot schedule has been going through a
lot of internal problems and the reason could be politics on the sets.
The
film schedule has been moving slowly from the beginning itself. The
first day of the shoot had to be called off as Prime Minster Manmohan
Singh was in the same town around the same time. The first schedule
slowed down post that, thanks to Emraan Hashmi's sore throat.
A
source said, "The film was being shot in the Colaba area. But the
shooting is progressing at snail's pace. They have shot for only a few
days. There also seems to be some problems with the locations. The
film's schedule will surely overshoot its stipulated time. You can
clearly say politics is at play and that's what is harming the film's
smooth progress."
Rensil D'Silva however denies all buzz
of discontent on the sets of his film. He said, "None of this is true.
Emraan's voice and performance is great. And there have been zero
location problems. Dharma's (Karan Johar's company) production support
is impeccable."
