The winners can be picked even before they are announced...simply because of the predictability of these awards. Of course, a Bachan had to win, AB for his dismal performance in Dostana, Ash awarded the superstar of the decade..., even though she had not won many awards for her movies, compared to Rani, Madhuri, etc. Then being awarded for her contribution to international cinema.. she can hardly act, and all her "international projects" failed dismally. IIFAs has no credibility.

iffa 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award for Super Star Rajesh Khanna. Honour for our Super Star Rajesh Khanna. There are romantic leading men and there are romantic leading men, but very few have taken cinematic love to legendary heights. While there might be other icons but SuperStar Actor Rajesh Khanna after four decades, he is the ultimate true romantic legend.

This is too much! Dostana was the most annoyingly irritating movie of the year and Abhishek Bachchan was at his worst best in it, awful is the word for his work. Yuck!

Best actor shd be Naseerudin Shah for Wednesday. Certain BW families (Bachhans, Akhtars, Roshans, Kapoors & Khannas) think they are the industry. It’s DISGUSTING. Big B, please think before you act next time on your IIFA Awards. There are much more worthy films with good musicals, direction and action are made in South India for a much lesser budget. Please take that into account if you call your awards as IIFA. Shame on you Amitabh & your family members. Aiswarya is not Bollywood or IIFA.

What Rubbish, IIFA is purely for BW personalities? It should be titled BFA in Mumbai BWFilmAwards without wasting money on locations. BigB is jobless and so the BW artistes, no natural beauty but with heavy makeup with scantily clad WESTERN outfits emulating HW. Wonder why no actress is portraying Indian costume that is an elegant sari with a proper choli above? Why Lara, Katrina, Bipashastyle icon or half nude icon!!! etc are in Fashion at its (thigh) height? Asin became debutant in 2008?
