There really is no need to pursue legal charges because damage to their respective vehicles was paid for. “Her lawyer Richard Hutton advanced the case and went in early to avoid the media.” This will come as a relief for the ‘Easy A’ star as if she had been convicted on both counts, she could have faced up to 12 months in jail.
