The actor said during his year-long departure from acting, he would launch new projects
Mulling to wear a director's cap for
last one year, Magic Mike star Channing Tatum says he plans
to pull himself off acting for a while.
Tatum and Reid Carolin, his production partner and Magic
Mike screenwriter, are working to come up with Magic Mike
sequel.
The actor said during his year-long departure from
acting, he would launch new projects in association with
Carolin, reported Daily Star.
"Reid and I have about three to four ideas that we love
that are all in the hopper. By the end of next year, we're
going to shut things down and write the first thing that we're
going to direct," Tatum said.
"No more acting parts for a minute, let's take a
few moments and really get caring about that section of our
career," he added.
