Christina Walsh, who performs under the name CapriAnderson, has gone public with her tearful testimony accusingthe actor for battery and imprisonment during a drunkenepisode in a New York hotel room, New York Post reportedonline.
Anderson, 22, claimed that she locked herself in thebathroom after the
Two And A Half Men star, started hurlingabuses at her and threatened her with a shiny object which shesuspects was a knife.
"I saw him pick something up. I'm not sure if it wasan envelope opener, maybe a knife. I wasn't at that pointpaying so much attention as much as I was trying to (get tothe bathroom)," she recalled during a TV interview.
Anderson's attorney also confirmed his client's plansto file a criminal report with New York police, allegingbattery and false imprisonment.
"She (is) going (to) police today. She's filing apolice report against Mr. Sheen today, a criminal report.She's going to the NYPD (New York Police Department) to reportthe action," he said.
Meanwhile, Sheen's lawyers have denied her claims andthe actor has filed a lawsuit against Anderson.
