Daniel Craig Says It's Fine if Kanye West Plays James Bond

Daniel Craig is reportedly irritated with the endless speculation about his successor.

Los Angeles: Actor Daniel Craig said that he is fine if rapper Kanye West plays the role of the fictional spy the James Bond franchise after him.

The Skyfall actor, who has already hinted that a woman or a black actor may be playing the role of the James Bond character in the next movie, said that if it is Kanye West then he should be brought on board now, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Is Kanye the new one? Yeah, get him in now," GQ Australia magazine quoted him as saying.

Daniel Craig, irritated with the endless speculation about his successor - especially as he's yet to call time on his tenure as Bond - said: "You know Roger Moore's also 200-1? So too David Beckham. Whatever, on the list of my priorities this is not even near the bottom." (Also Read: Being Famous is Like Being Bullied in School, Says Daniel Craig)

"When I first started these movies I didn't know any better - I was naive and didn't worry about a great deal, I just got on with it. As they went on, the pressure built. People thought Casino Royale would bomb, it was a massive success and they were like, 'What are you going to do now?' Then Quantum of Solace, OK, it was difficult and a huge amount of pressure, but then with Skyfall, again it was, 'What are you going to do now?' Well, we got Sam Mendes on board and it suddenly became a bit easier," he added.
