The teen star, who is currently in rehab battlingemotional and physical issues, hit headlines on Friday whenracy pictures of her posing in just a bra and kissing a femaleback-up dancer emerged online.
The photographs prompted online gossips to speculatethere could be more embarrassing revelations yet to come, buta spokesperson for Lovato says that claims of a sex tape arenot true.
"Perpetrating these completely unfounded rumours fromsupposed sources while Demi is in treatment dealing withserious physical and emotional issues is disgusting," said therepresentative.
The Disney star left her joint tour with the JonasBrothers last month to enter rehab after an altercation withone of her dancers.
