The Notebook star thought he wasn't as talented ashis fellow 'mouseketeers', Christina Aguilera, Britney Spearsand Justin Timberlake.

"I remember it being depressing because I realisedvery early, around the age of 12, that I wasn't some kind ofchild prodigy like the rest of them were," said Gosling.

While the 30-year-old actor realised singing anddancing wasn't his destiny, he is thankful to be inspired bythem to concentrate on his acting career, Contactmusicreported.

"That said, I was inspired by being around people thatwere fulfilling their destiny in some way. I didn't think itwas my destiny, but it did encourage me to go and find outwhat that was. Which I think I have," he explained.

The actor said that Disney movies always reduce him totears.

"Anything that's by Disney makes me cry. Dumbo getsme every time. Don Bluth's All Dogs go to Heaven is another.When the dog dies at the end it's like my brain just can'thandle it. It's so sad," he added.
