- Halle admits working on the film was a huge "challenge" because the cast and crew were in such a confined space, which meant preparation was difficult. She added: "We are out there in the middle of nowhere on a little boat and on most days there are around twenty men and women on that little boat trying to make a movie, with all these tight corners, in a very constricted space. Which is an acting challenge - something I had to learn how to do.
- "We had to find a little corner and deal with whatever the process is at that time, and sometimes we couldn't prepare at all but just have to hit the deck running." Dark Tide is released on DVD by Revolver Entertainment on October 22.
