Morgan Freeman's representative dismiss death reports

Actor Morgan Freeman fell victim to death hoax after a page on social networking site Facebook was created saying that he had passed away.

Soon after the rumour started spreading, the Oblivion star's representative dismissed the reports saying he is alive and well, reported Aceshowbiz.

"Morgan is alive and well, and joins the long list of actors who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet," Morgan's representative said.

The Facebook death page of the 75-year-old actor had gained more than 60,000 followers.
