- Dak said the man was detained when local residents complained of excessive noise from the fireworks at the celebrations in Mehrangarh Fort on Wednesday.
- The commissioner said the party organisers had been allowed to use firecrackers and loud music until 10:00 pm and that police were sent to the fort around midnight when residents complained of excessive noise.
- "Till late at night there was (the) loud sound of music from the fort and the huge explosions of fireworks gave us mental stress," said Kamlash Prohit, who lives near the complex which dominates Jodhpur.
- Media reports said some 200 guests, including the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, were at the fort, where Diana Ross was flown in for a live performance.
- Campbell, 42, has been dating Doronin since 2008 and the couple currently live together in Moscow.
