The couple quietly began their romance in Januaryshortly after the 'Vanity Fair' star split from JakeGyllenhaal. She went public with the relationship with Toth inMarch, Us magazine reported.
"They are extremely happy,' a representative ofWitherspoon said.
It has been a season of engagement in Hollywood withNatalie Portman, LeAnn Rimes, Lily Allen, Hugh Hefner, ShaniaTwain and Ginnifer Goodwin all announcing plans to wed.
Witherspoon, 24, is the latest to announce her plansto wed. It will be a second marriage for the Oscar-winningactress, who has two children -- Ava, 10, and 6-year-oldDeacon -- with ex husband Ryan Phillippe. The pair split in2008 after seven years of marriage.
Toth, 39, is an agent with the renowned CreativeArtists Agency (CAA) and was named as one of the new heads ofthe company's motion picture talent department in September.
