Los Angeles: Sony Pictures Entertainment hacking is said to have made negotiating contracts with stars and employees very difficult.

"The salary leaks have triggered intense anger. Especially with executives who think they've been cheated because the guy in the next office has a sweeter deal," a source told TMZ.com.

Some executives are furious at the bonus structure they got because they believed they were at top of the heap when in reality, they were not.

Another source said some contracts have already come up for renewal and "Sony is getting nailed to the wall."

The same principle applies to movie and TV stars, who now have comparisons to use against the studio.

"They feel totally comfortable using the salary comparisons, but one Sony executive thinks it's shameful for representatives to use stolen information in negotiations," the source added.
