Sylvester Stallone is known for his death-defying performances in action movies but he all set to try his hands in the drama genre with Reach Me.

Stallone, 66, will take a supporting role in the movie and details of his part are still kept under wraps, reported Ace Showbiz.

The story follows a group of people who all have a connection to a self-help book authored by a reclusive former football coach.

John Herzfeld, Stallone's co-star in Cobra, will serve as the director and writer. The Rocky Balboa actor joins a cast ensemble that include rapper-turned actor Nelly as well as Omari Hardwick, Elizabeth Henstridge, Danny Aiello and Rebekah Chaney.

The actor will next be seen in action films Bullet to the Head and The Tomb (2013), in which he reunites with Arnold Schwarzenegger. His other next project is boxing film Grudge Match which also stars Robert De Niro.
