Actor Vin Diesel has announced that he will return to the
xXx franchise and the sequel will start filming in December, reported
femalefirst.co.uk.
It was back in 2002 when he took on the role of Xander Cage for the first time in action film
xXx. However he didn't return for the sequel
xXx: State of the Union. (Also Read:

Recently, the
Fast and Furious actor has reached out to his fans once again and announced on photo-sharing website Instagram that a new film is in the pipeline.
There is still no word on a director for the film, but John D Brancato, Michael Ferris, and Rich Wilkes are on board to pen the screenplay.
As well as being on the cast list, the actor is also set to produce the film.
He will be back on the big screen this autumn with
The Last Witch Hunter, which will feature him alongside Elijah Wood, Rose Leslie, and Michael Caine.
