Not just that, she's even ready to move to Pakistan for Ghalib. According to British tabloids, Spears wants to fake her death and start a new life in Pakistan.

The couple earlier fled to Mexico because Britney felt her family would put her in psychiatric care. Ghalib's parents in Birmingham are rumoured to have already disowned him.
