In the recent past, Indian actresses have wowed international audiences and filmmakers who in turn have wooed them to Hollywood with lucrative and interesting projects.

The likes of Aishwarya Rai, Freida Pinto and even Mallika Sherawat have been involved in Hollywood projects, but now, it seems, it is the turn of the men.

Reports claim that while Hrithik Roshan was at the 61st Cannes Film Festival to promote his upcoming film Kites, filmmakers were astounded by his resemblance to Jesus Christ, or to be more precise, Jesus Christ as played by Jim Caviezel in Mel Gibson's film, The Passion of the Christ.

It seems distributors from across the world, who saw the promos of Kites at Cannes, were impressed by Hrithik's looks and body and thought it was ideal for international film projects.

While the actor is yet to announce this formally, but rumourville is abuzz with the news that Hrithik made a deal with an international casting agency.
