London: R&B star Beyonce Knowles has refused to allow her pregnancy come in the way of the Michael Jackson tribute concert as she gears up to give a satellite performance.

The 29-year-old singer, who announced her pregnancy on Sunday, is likely to enter her fifth month of pregnancy when the Jackson concert happens on October 8 in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

But Beyonce, who won the Best Choreography award for her hit single Who Run The World in this year's MTV VMAs, is adamant to go ahead with her upcoming gig and her publicist has confirmed that she is "slated to sing via satellite".

"Pregnancy will not affect her performance," said the representative. Beyonce, who is a self-proclaimed fan of the King Of Pop, will perform to one of her favorite Jackson Five songs.

"A lifelong Michael fan, Beyonce really wanted to be involved in this tribute concert. Due to scheduling issues she can't be there in person, but this performance is not to be missed!", said the organiser.
