Los Angeles: Reality TV personality-singer Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been in hospital for more than three months, has shown no signs of improvement, according to her grandmother Cissy Houston.

Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in the bathtub at her home in Georgia when she was taken to hospital three months ago.

When asked about the state of her granddaughter's health, Cissy said: "(It's) the same, she's not progressing at all."

However, Cissy insisted she's prepared for whatever happens to Bobbi in the coming weeks and months.

"She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the lord decides, I'm ready for her. I have nothing to do with that. That's his job. It's his territory, you know? And I understand it," she told Entertainment Tonight in an interview.

Cissy also voiced her support for the recent decision to make Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston her co-guardians, thereby placing them in charge of her medical and care needs.

"It was fine. We're a family that works together for the best. You want the best for whomever or everybody we can," she said.
