The Social Network star, who is currently dating screen beauty Jessica Biel and has romanced Cameron Diaz and Britney Spears was an introvert during his childhood but learnt to be more outgoing after becoming a singer, Contactmusic reported.
"I think of myself as an entertainer and that's the only thing I've ever been decent at. Other than that, I'm kind of a geek. I was very shy and timid as a kid, and it was only when I discovered the stage in school that a monster came out! "I think my mom was happy that I stopped staring at my sneakers and learned to be more outgoing. There was this need to perform and express myself that had been bottled up," said the singer-and-actor.

He has a number of hits to his credit but the 29-year-old singer said that there has been moments when he was not happy with the way his career shaped up.
"I've had times in my life where I've felt drained and just wanted to stop. But that's the result of being very driven and determined. It took me a little while, but I figured out that you have to make sure you're happy with both your life and the work you're doing," he explained.
