Hip hop mogul Jay-Z was spotted taking his seven-month old daughter Blue Ivy, with R&B star Beyonce, on a helicopter ride in New York.

For the first time Jay-Z was caught on camera carrying his daughter as he touched down the Big Apple from a helicopter ride on Thursday, reported Aceshowbiz.

Donning casual white shirt and a baseball cap, the Roc Nation boss was spotted without his wife Beyonce.

The baby girl was seen snuggling comfortably on her father's chest, rocking a cute Watch the Throne onesie and protective headphones.

The first-time dad looked very protective towards his little girl and kept hiding her face from the cameramen.
