Pop sensation Lady Gaga's heart-shaped engagement ring has the first letter of couple's name engraved on it.
Lady Gaga posted a close-up of her sparkler on Instagram on February 18, with the caption, "My favourite part of my engagement ring. Taylor (Kinney) and Lorraine (Schwartz) designed "TS" in white diamonds on the band. He always called me by my birth name, since our very first date. I'm such a happy bride-to-be!
