- The Goan singer, who has sung popular Bollywood numbers such as Dekho dekho ye hai jalwa, Humma humma and Pyaar to hona hi tha in the past, says he prefers composing and singing his own songs. That is one reason which kept him away from films.
- "I love composing music, I love singing songs. That's the reason I stopped singing songs for other music directors and I decided I'm going to direct my own music. I love creating music, and not just singing.
- "Right from Jalwa, which was my composition, and O meri munni, I enjoy doing that the most," said Fernandes, 60.
- Luv U Soniyo is set to release on July 26 and features debutants Tarun Virwani and Neha Hinge.
