With days to go before superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali releases, here are 10 pictures from the sets of the gangster movie to help you celebrate the big Kabali week. Directed by Pa Ranjith, Kabali opens worldwide on July 22.
Rajinikanth, 65, features as the protagonist - Malayasia-based don Kabali or Kabaleeshwaran - in the film. He will play both the younger and older versions of his character.
Kabali's title song, Neruppu Da, has already become an anthem of sorts for Rajinikanth fans. 'Neruppu Da,' which means 'it is fire', has also been zeroed in on as the title of a new movie by Vikram Prabhu.
In April, Radhika told news agency IANS: "I think it was one of the best experiences of my life, because it was Rajini sir. It was very inspiring, he's such a wonderful man, there is no one like him."
As part of promotions, Rajinikanth's Team Kabali has partnered with brands like Air Asia and Airtel. A special Kabali-themed Air Asia flight will connect cities like Chennai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Goa, Pune and Kochi after Kabali's release.
