India Couture Week 2017, organized by the Fashion Design Of Council, is being held in Delhi from July 24 to July 30. Celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Disha Patani, Dia Mirza, Bhumi Pednekar and Athiya Shetty made it a starry affair by walking the ramp for different couturiers.
