Saif Ali Khan, real name Sajid Ali Khan, was born on August 16, 1970 into the royal family of Pataudi. His grandfather Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi and his father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, were cricketers. Saif's mother Sharmila Tagore is a veteran actress.
