Supreme Court has disallowed Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt to contest upcoming Lok Sabha elections. A Bench of Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice P Sathasivam delivered the verdict today. Dutt was convicted under the Arms Act and sentenced to six-year imprisonment by a TADA court. The actor is the Samajwadi Party nominee from Lucknow.
